Helper Info:

  1. A Helper is simply a volunteer who buys groceries, brings medicines, and gathers other supplies the at-risk individual needs.

  2. The Helper is not committed to volunteering for any period of time and can do errand runs whenever they decide.

  3. Once the Helper fills out the signup form (linked below) they will get an email with the Helper protocol and will be notified once there is a match to someone who they can help!

  4. The helper will pick up supplies and leave them at the door. We emphasize social distancing and do not want to promote any contact during delivery as safety is our first priority.

  5. The Helper and the at-risk individual will be given each other’s contact info so that the errand list can be specified and the payment method can be settled beforehand.

  6. Helpers volunteer their time and thus the service is free. Helpers can arrange with the at-risk person if reimbursement is via app, cash or check or whether the at-risk person will order and pay the store ahead of time.
